Central dispensing with texRoom
Our texRoom solutions are designed around your space, turning a linen room or central store into one staff can use on their own.
Queues for fresh workwear and laundry are a common problem, and our customers have used texRoom to help end them. Staff identify themselves with their ID at the entrance, take what they need and leave, and every garment is booked to their account automatically.
Our texRoom solutions are tailored around your specific needs, whether you need to control deliveries, staff collections or both. Our texCarousel revolving door controls entry and exit, whilst our transferGate airlock records every garment that passes through, including deliveries in mesh containers. Where space is limited, we also offer our flapGate, which combines staff exit and loading.

Decentralised dispensing and return with texCabinets
Our texCabinet lockers let staff collect and return workwear in seconds, at any time of day.
Every garment taken or returned is booked automatically to the person who took it. All staff need to do is hold their ID card to the reader, take what they need and close the door, which takes under five seconds. You decide who can use each locker and how many items each person can take.
Our dispensing cabinet holds around 200 garments. Our return cabinets hold around 50 garments in a laundry bag, or up to 300 in mesh containers for busier sites. Add as many cabinets as you need, side by side or in different locations.

Self-service control stations and delivery management
Our self-service control stations and delivery tools keep your records accurate, without adding work for your team.
Where garments are checked in and out by hand, whether as part of your process or for one-off bookings, our texCheck self-service booking station lets staff do this quickly, and accounts can be corrected when needed. Our texInfo information terminal lets staff log in with their ID to see what is on their account, along with their past collections and returns.
When fresh laundry arrives, it is registered at our texLoad station and linked to a tagged trolley. Our trolleyScan reader then picks up that trolley and books every garment on it into stock automatically, so nobody has to count deliveries by hand.

Managing laundry with Commander
Our Commander software brings every locker, room and station together in one simple platform.
Whether you run one locker or a whole site, this is where you set the rules. Decide who can take what and from where, set allowances for each person or group, and block collections once an allowance is reached.
Garments can be defined by size, colour and material, and every collection and return is recorded, so you can see who took what, and when. Reports can be sent automatically or viewed live on screen, including actual stock against target levels.
